1. Promotion of the Record. We will actively promote the record at radio for maximum exposure. This activity includes servicing and tracking gospel stations, physical and online, as well as Urban AC stations with Sunday gospel programming, syndicated programs.
2. Supplemental Support. We will schedule radio/TV/print interviews, TV performances, listening parties, CD signings, outreach (i.e., schools, prisons, community events, etc.), as opportunities become available.
3. Merchandising. We oversee merchandising efforts which involve displays, street team blitz, and event parties.
4. Online Marketing. We help increase visibility, ways to optimize fan experience, enhance online sales and distribution, utilization of social media and third-party sites like Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Wikipedia, and others. We study the success of what other artists are doing to improve their community online. We also explore organic (as opposed to paid) opportunities online.
We design promotional tours to give artists the additional press in the marketplace to take their projects directly to the consumer. Our tours are tailored specifically for the individual artist on a market-by-market basis. We route tours based on maximum potential for exposure, most suited market for the artist’s genre of music, cost effectiveness and accessibility. Our tours are highly successful and result in increased airplay, sales and booking opportunities.
In an effort to maximize the moment, we act as a booking agent between churches, clubs, organizations and the gospel music community. We will book gospel talent for worship services, conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, concerts, and special events. We work with gospel artists in all genres of music: choirs, contemporary, hip hop, praise and worship, quartets, Christian, etc.
We conduct interactive workshops/webinars that teach clients how to promote and market their gospel music product(s). Step-by-step instructions are provided for the basics of record promotion.
